    3. Hi, mum! I'm going to rent an abandoned house because I need a peaceful place to write my novel. It is called the Judge's house because of a legend about an evil judge. It's an old stone house with a large bell on the roof. It's also very dirty and there are many rats. Don't worry, I will be ok!
    4. No, I wouldn't rent it. Because it's very dirty and there are many rats, mice and beetles. It's disgusting!

  3. 1) The rat is still in the chair and it is looking to Malcolm.
    2) He is an evil, sinister and ugly man. He has a small eyes, a small mouth and a big nose.
    3) I have rented a strange house in Benchurch. The villagers say that a cruel judge lived in this house and now there are ghosts. The inside of the house is cold and dirty but Mrs Dempster cleans it. At night I didn´t see any ghosts in the house, only a lot of rats.
    4) No, I wouldn´t rent it because I don´t like the rats and I am very frightened.

  10. 1-An enormous rat was sat on the oak chair looking at Malcolm.
2-He seems to be an evil person that wants to kill Malcolm(i wouldn't say he is a person,I actually dare to say he's the EVIL)
    3-Hello!!
I've found a great house where to stay while I'm writting my story. The house is called "The judge's house" due to it was a judge's house a long timw ago. There is a legend surrounding the house but, actually,it doesn't really scare me.It's an old stone house which has a bell on the roff.It is untidy ,but I mean,it's peaceful, and so a perfect place where to finish my story .Something negative about the house is the huge amount of rats and dirt .
P.S:A "housewife" comes everyday to clean the house and make the meal.
4-I wouldn't dare to rent it just because it scares me the fact about the legend that surrounds the house (and the rats frighten and sicken me)
