CULTURAL WEEK

Our high school celebrated the Cultural Week before Easter holidays. During three days, all members of the school community gathered together to participate in the many workshops that the teachers had prepared. The English department organized three different activities that were greatly welcomed by the students.
On Wednesday, we celebrated a Cake Contest. Many students cooked delicious desserts and puddings that delighted teachers and classmates. During the event, we could also taste traditional English tea of different flavours. After thinking very carefully, the jury finally decided that a tasty lemon pudding, prepared by Ignacio Rubio Aroca (1º ESO D) , was the best one. The second prize was given to Patricia Montejano González (4º ESO A). And the third one to Aroa Couto Jiménez (2º ESO A)

Also on Wednesday, the students showed their singing and dancing abilities in the Karaoke. Dozens of students took the microphone and performed great hits on stage.
First and second year students decorated traditional Easter Eggs on Thursday, which is a very common tradition in many countries.
